Cuisloom (“we”, “us”, “our”) attaches great importance to user privacy and local data security. This Privacy Policy elaborates the rules of data collection, storage, usage and protection when you use Cuisloom family cooking schedule management and multi-dish synchronous timing services.
Cuisloom is a professional family cooking planning tool for overseas users. It generates reverse cooking timelines based on user-defined meal time, dish steps and duration data, helping users manage multi-dish cooking procedures and realize synchronous meal completion. All services run offline locally.
iOS Audit Core Compliance Statement (No Third-Party AI Sharing): This App has no embedded third-party AI services, third-party algorithms or external data interfaces. All data calculation and schedule generation are completed locally on the user’s device.We will never collect, upload, transmit or share any user cooking plan data, behavioral data and personal information with any third-party AI platforms or service providers under any circumstances.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 User Local Service Data
All data is stored only locally on your device without cloud upload:
- User customized target meal completion time
- Added dish names, cooking steps and single-step duration settings
- Automatically generated local cooking timeline and multi-dish schedule data
- User personalized cooking plan records and local usage preferences
2.2 Automatically Collected Minimal System Data
Device model, system version, local running logs and crash data, only used for internal bug repair and stability optimization, with no external transmission.
2.3 Voluntarily Submitted Information
Email address actively submitted by users for feedback and technical consultation.
3. Purpose of Data Usage
We only utilize collected data to implement basic offline cooking management functions, without unauthorized expansion of usage scope:
- Calculate and generate accurate reverse cooking timeline according to user’s meal time and dish parameters
- Realize multi-dish synchronous timing and whole cooking process management
- Save user personalized cooking plans and local functional settings
- Optimize local operation logic and improve user cooking planning experience
- Fix program bugs and maintain App operational stability
- Respond to user feedback and technical support requests
4. Data Storage & Retention Rules
All user cooking plan data is stored in the local device sandbox permanently until the user manually deletes the data or uninstalls the App. After uninstallation, all local data will be automatically and completely cleared with no residual backup or cloud synchronization.
No user local data will be uploaded to the cloud or shared with any third-party institutions and AI service providers in any scenario.
5. Information Sharing & Disclosure
No Third-Party AI Data Sharing Confirmation: We will never sell, trade, rent or share user local cooking data and personal information with any third-party AI service providers, data analysis platforms and external institutions.
We only disclose user data when required by mandatory national laws and regulations or with the user’s explicit written authorization.
6. Data Security Protection
All local data is protected by device system sandbox isolation mechanism. We adopt standardized internal management rules to prevent unauthorized access, leakage and tampering of user local cooking data.
7. User Legal Rights
You have the right to view, edit, delete and clear all local cooking plan data and setting data at any time. For privacy consultation and data rights application, please contact us via official email. We will reply and handle your request within 30 working days.
8. Minors Privacy Protection
This service is suitable for users aged 13 and above. We do not actively collect minor user data. If minor information is accidentally obtained, we will delete it immediately and completely.
9. Third-Party Service Statement
Cuisloom does not integrate any third-party AI tools, data statistics, tracking SDKs or external network service interfaces. There is no third-party data sharing and AI data interaction behavior throughout the service.
10. Cross-Border Data Transmission
This App does not have any cross-border data transmission behavior, and all data is stored and processed locally on the user’s device.
11. Policy Update & Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy irregularly to adapt to service iteration and legal requirements. The latest version will be displayed on the App settings page.
